Media personalities often venture into other fields within the industry and Minnie Dlamini Jones is maximizing her love for TV in every way possible. The media darling has been killing it as one of SA’s most loved TV darlings and has also been doing her thing with her husband Quinton Behind the scenes.

The pair have just worked as executive producers and Co-writers for an upcoming star studded Showmax film titled Goodbye Gogo, and now the mother of one is stepping into the world of acting once again. Minnie has done the most when it comes to her career from Mc-ing, TV presenting, hosting, producing and so much more, which is why we are ecstatic for her return to acting.

Taking to Instagram, Minnie shared a photo of herself on set looking hair and make up ready for a test shoot. The mother of one revealed that she has been working long hours to prepare for her role on an upcoming film. Without giving away too much, Minnie revealed that the film is a chick flick and she is having the time of her life working with amazing people.

Dlamini hasn’t revealed any crucial details about the film but judging from her previous roles on popular TV shows, we know that fans are definitely in for a treat.

“Makeup and hair test…Been working really long hours rehearsing, wardrobe, character development!!!! I’m FINALLY back to acting!!! I’m working on such a fun film with incredible women ? Fun times” she wrote.

For those of you who didn’t know the kind of acting credentials Minnie has will be happy to know that she has made appearances on popular shows such as Generations which lead to her bagging lead roles on M-net’s The Wild and Rockville.
