Ntsiki Mazwai Shades Bonang Matheba For Allegedly Not Solely Owning Her Alcohol Brand. Poet and GBV activist Ntsiki Mazwai has come out guns blazing on twitter once again, and her target is pointed at entertainment mogul and businesswoman Bonang Matheba. Ntsiki often expresses her disdain for local celebs who according to her are not the best role models for their fans.
Taking to twitter, Ntsiki blew the minds of many after alleging the Bonang does not own her alcohol brand BNG. Mazwai threw shade at the masses for thinking that she was the sole owner of the popular BNG brand, claiming that she is just the face used to up the sales but definitely does not own the brand.
“Believing Bonang owned the wine was like believing she owned Revlon …….. She is just the marketing gimmick to sell these products. Not the owner” she wrote.
The uRongo hitmaker continued to declare that black people strive on deceiving their own with pretentious business ventures and call it black excellence, claiming that nobody ever comes back to social media to give her the credit for speaking facts about their favourite celebrities.
“Black people don’t own anything because they hail the fronting blacks and call it excellence” she wrote.
Ntsiki whom is also a proud business owner schooled the public on what a it takes to be a real businesswoman. Making example of herself, Mazwai revealed that her beadwork business that she owns by herself and solemnly makes executive decisions is a good example of what a business owner is unlike Bonang Matheba‘s brand where she according to Ntsiki put her name on someone else’s products.
“Entrepreneurship is what I’m doing with my beadwork…. Where I own the whole value chain for my product and make ALL the decisions. Pricing, marketing, design, pay workers. Everything. It is not this cut and paste your name onto other people’s products” she wrote.
The B-force army came to Bonang’s defence and demanded that Ntsiki list her business ventures that she owns by herself, to which she named her beadwork business and the copyrights of her music.
“House of Mobu as well as All my music masters and copyrights” she responded.
Ntsiki stans backed the activist on her fake entrepreneur claims which have landed her on today’s twitter trends while others felt that she was just being bitter and jealous, which are labels that she has been given by social media users in the past.
This is not the first time that Mazwai has dragged celebs over their multiple business ventures after dragging DJ Zinhle upon announcing her latest hair brand business venture. Ntsiki dragging Zinhle for selling foreign hair and alcohol to the public in the name of making extra coins, accusing black people of having low self esteem and using European culture to deem themselves as worthy.
“Imagine….. Your celebs glamorize and sell booze and foreign hair to you. Sies man.” Mazwai wrote.
Hectic!!
