Pastor Khaya Mthetwa Shares His Thoughts On How The Church Should Treat Gay People! We’ve sen in the past how big churches seem to be not comfortable with the gay community and some still try to avoid the topic.

One Pastor who does not dodge the topic is singer Khaya Mthetwa who recently shared his views in an interview on Metro FM with Masechaba Ndlovu and Mo Flava.

Asked about what he thought about how the church treats the gay community, Khaya said the church needs to leave them alone.

“I think the church must stop picking and choosing what’s right for them and really focus on the message of the cross and loving people and allowing people to be who they are and allowing God to minister into their lives,” Khaya responded.

Asked if he would still be a Pastor if he was gay, Khaya said, “I don’t know….I’ve never thought of it like that. I have no idea.”
