Terry Pheto Makes History With 3 IARA Award Nominations! Just the other day, we reported that Terry Pheto had been nominated alongside Oprah Winfrey and Nia Long and now she’s scored another three nominations from the International Achievement Recognition Awards.
The IARA honors outstanding individuals in Films/TV/Theatre/Music & Fashion. Pheto is nominated in the following categories. Best Actress 2017 for her role as Naledi Khama in A United Kingdom, Best Actress – TV or Drama 2017 for her role as Winnie Mandela in the BET mini-series, Madiba and Best International Actress 2017.
The three nominations makes Terry the most nominated actress for 2017 at the IARA Awards. “Honoured to be nominated 3 times at 2017 @IARA_Awards for my roles as Winnie Mandela & Naledi Khama. TV. FILM. INTERNATIONAL ACTRESS,” Terry shared her excitement on social media.
