Babes Wodumo has been getting snubs from local Awards organization and whilst she was planning to boycott the next Awards season if she doesn’t win any SAMA, nothing could’ve prepared her for this international recognition. Babes Wodumo reacts to her BET Award nomination.
Babes took to social media to share how unexpected thew nomination was. “Ive just recieved a nomination from #BETAwards17 for Best International Act: Africa!! This is such a surprise! I’m honoured, excited and so very grateful for this nod from @bet_inl Thank you God & Thank you South Africa for the constant support, voting details coming soon!,” she wrote on Instagram.
Babes will be facing fellow South African artists rappers AKA and Nasty C and Nigeria’s Davido and Tekno for the Best International Act: Africa Award.
