“Sad news guys. Car accident claims the life of a well-known celebrity. I can’t imagine a South Africa without Leon Schuster. He was one of the country’s best comedians. We will miss you. R.I.P Leon! Please share this,” reads the fake message going around.

“I am alive and kicking in the Republic of South Africa. I stand to attention, but not for the president. There is no truth whatsoever to this message. Don’t people realize we have loved ones. My 95-year-old mom will have a heart attack if she had to read this message,” Schuster told Netwerk24 upon hearing the rumors.
