J Something mourns his dad in a touching post on Instagram. The Mi Casa leading man took to Instagram on Monday to share his heartbreak after losing his father whilst he was on tour.

J’ says losing his father is the hardest thing he’s ever had to deal with and only people close to him understand what he’s feeling.

“After he passed on I had to jump on stage. Smile. Dance. Sing. Next day same thing. My choice. In a way doing what I love helped me deal with it. I love him beyond words… He made me. I wanna thank all the people around me that sent me messages and comforted me!,” he wrote on Instagram.

“I wouldn’t be on planet earth with this dude right here… My father… RIP Carlos Fonseca aka Papa I will miss you… But I am gonna make you proud in all that I do.”
