Hungani Ndlovu talks being the new face on Scandal and how he got the role of Romeo. The young actor has many girls watching Scandal with his bad boy look that he pulls off so well. The Mpumalanga born has opened up about his journey to stardom.

Hungani studied acting for two years at the New York Film Academy and when he couldn’t secure a job after graduating, he returned home.

The young actor says it was a blessing in disguise. “I came with renewed hope that things would fall into place. I had no reason to sulk because I need to try and penetrate the South African acting scene.”

The hunky actor says being part of Scandal has been a humbling experience. “This is a humbling opportunity for me as it reaffirms that my hard work was never in vain. The team and my fellow actors have been supportive and I hope to grow with them”, he said.
