The singer took to Twitter (X) on 20 August 2025, proudly announcing Zora’s achievements and showing off her incredible talent. She revealed that Zora is not just part of the South African national swimming team but is also one of the top-ranked swimmers with Down Syndrome. In her post, Madjozi wrote:

“My little sister swims for the South African national team. Zora is ranked number one among female swimmers with Down Syndrome in Gauteng and number two in South Africa.”

The Kadigong hitmaker could not hide her admiration and excitement. As a big sister, she beamed with pride, reminding fans that Zora’s success is not only inspiring but also proof of her hard work and determination.

Adding to the excitement, Madjozi revealed that Zora is currently in Thailand, flying the South African flag high on the international stage. Zora was chosen to represent both South Africa and the Dragons Swim Club at the Virtus World Swimming Championships in Thailand, an international competition running from 20 to 30 August. The prestigious event is specially created for athletes with intellectual impairments, giving them the opportunity to compete at world level.

Madjozi also took to Instagram to share the news, posting a heartfelt story about her sister’s achievements. She wrote:

“She’s ranked #1 of female Swimmers with Down’s Syndrome in Gauteng and #2 in South Africa. She’s currently in Thailand representing the country she works so hard. I’m so proud of her!!”

Her words show just how much Zora’s journey means to her and to their family. Fans responded with warm messages, applauding Zora’s hard work and celebrating with Madjozi.

For Madjozi, known for putting African culture on the global map through music, this moment is about something even bigger — celebrating her sister’s courage, talent, and determination.
