Actor and model Jesse Suntele melted hearts on social media when he posted a beautiful birthday message for his wife, Thuthu Maqhosha. The post was filled with love, gratitude, and deep appreciation for the woman who has stood by his side through life’s highs and lows.
The Savage Beauty actor took to Instagram to share photos of the two of them smiling and laughing together. Alongside the pictures, Jesse wrote a touching tribute that captured how much Thuthu means to him.
He began by saying, “Today belongs to the most important person I have ever and will ever meet. Not because she is beautiful, smart, the hardest working individual I know, the most independent woman I know, a formidable business woman, a force when she enters the room, while also being the most loving, kindest, most caring, most motherly, or the most selfless person I know… she is all the above AND more.”
Jesse went on to explain how Thuthu has been there through every important moment in his life. “From where I stand, the most pivotal life lessons, learning curves, peak of achievement, personal and professional downfall, every small step towards a dream or a goal I’ve been able to take, every best and worst version of myself I’ve ever shown… SHE WAS RIGHT THERE BY MY SIDE.”
He continued by expressing how rare it is to find someone who changes your life so deeply. “It’s not often you meet someone who you KNOW you can never forget… someone who you know you will never measure up to, someone who you know you will never deserve, and yet they love you all the same.”
Jesse ended the post by thanking God for bringing Thuthu into his life and asked fans to help him wish her a happy birthday. “I pray God brings you many more baba and that he fills all your days with fierce love, huge toothy smiles and loud laughter!”

Jesse and Thuthu had a traditional wedding in April 2024. The couple also shares a son who turned one in December last year. They celebrated his birthday with a fun Mickey Mouse-themed party. In a past interview with TshisaLIVE, Thuthu opened up about the heartbreak of losing one of their twins during pregnancy, but said they remain focused on the joy of raising their son.
