South African TV personality K Naomi Phakathi took to social media to celebrate two very special people in her life—her husband, Tshepo Phakathi, and their daughter, Nethisa—who share the same birthday.
Posting a series of heartwarming photos of her husband and their little girl, K Naomi expressed her gratitude for the family she has built. She captioned her post:
“Happy FIRST Birthday to my daughter Nethisa and Happy Birthday to my husband! God really knew what he was doing here…Thank you for giving me life, purpose, and teaching me patience. K Naomi and Tshepo Phakathi tied the knot in March 2022 with a traditional wedding, followed by a beautiful white wedding in September 2022.
Their traditional wedding was a star-studded affair attended by well-known personalities such as Basetsana Kumalo, Lasizwe Dambuza, Lorna Maseko, Pearl Modiadie, and Denise Zimba. The white wedding, held on September 3, 2022, was equally extravagant. Reflecting on the special day, K Naomi shared her joy on Instagram:

The couple welcomed their first child in 2021. Two years later, K Naomi announced she was expecting again. In 2023, she shared the exciting news on Instagram, writing, “Growing my family, we are having a baby. #AGodThing #No2OnTheWay.”
By December 2023, the couple revealed that they were expecting another baby girl. Naomi shared the emotional moment, saying,
“One more blessing to wrap up the year. Our hearts are filled with joy, we are having a baby girl! My husband knows how to keep secrets—this one he kept very well! I insisted on not knowing the gender until this day and this shoot. Lol, but I guessed well… So blessed & so grateful to grow our family with another beautiful girl!”
