US rapper Rick Ross is returning to South Africa for an exciting performance at the Durban Music Fest on May 3. The “Aston Martin Music” hitmaker will be taking the stage at Hollywoodbets Kings Park Stadium, bringing his signature energy to the heart of Mzansi.
Alongside Rick Ross, a talented line-up of local artists is set to perform, including DJ Sox, DJ Tira, Gatheni, Mawhoo, Dlala Thukzin, Blxckie, and many more. The festival, organized by Blue Screen Entertainment, promises to be an unforgettable celebration of music and culture.
Rick Ross couldn’t hide his excitement about returning to South Africa. “I am beyond excited to be back in South Africa. The energy, the passion, and the vibrant culture are truly inspiring. This show is the first of five major international events that Blue Screen Entertainment will host in South Africa this year. Glenn also highlighted the positive impact on the local community, with plans to create 30,000 jobs surrounding the events. “All of our shows will be live-streamed globally, showcasing the incredible talent and culture South Africa has to offer,” he added.
Tickets for the Durban Music Fest will go on sale on February 14, with prices as follows: Upper Bowl – R350, Inner Bowl – R550, and Golden Circle – R1,500. VIP ticket prices and packages will be announced on the same day.
