The event marked a special milestone for the couple, who have faced a challenging yet beautiful journey into parenthood.
Thuthu shared an emotional post on social media, reflecting on the bittersweetness of the occasion. “Elihle and Emihle turned 1 on December 16. Hai maaaani, God and our ancestors ke di Star! The only thing that was missing was Elihle in the flesh, but she was definitely there in spirit. What a perfect day. Our hearts and cups are overflowing,” she wrote.
The couple’s journey has not been without its difficulties. Thuthu previously shared with TshisaLIVE how they learned they were expecting twins, but sadly, one of their babies did not survive. Despite this heartbreaking loss, they chose to focus on the joy of their surviving son.
