Award-winning TV and radio presenter Lerato Kganyago and beloved comedian Skhumba Hlophe are set to take the stage as hosts for the biggest night in South African film and television on 26 October 2024 at 20:00. The prestigious event will be broadcast live on SABC 2 and Mzansi Magic, showcasing the finest talents in the industry.
Skhumba couldn’t contain his excitement, sharing with his followers, “Super excited and grateful… @saftassa happening this Saturday.” His lively humor paired with Lerato’s elegance promises a night full of entertainment and celebration.
But that’s not all! The SAFTAs18 festivities kick off a day earlier with the Craft Awards Ceremony, hosted by television personalities Kuhle Adams and Christopher Jaftha. This event, honoring the behind-the-scenes talents in the industry, will be broadcast live on the SAFTAs YouTube channel on 25 October 2024 at 19:00.
