Polygamist and reality TV star Musa Mseleku is facing serious allegations from his former colleagues, Zakhele Gumede and Musa Ntsebesha, who claim he owes them R200,000 and 2% ownership of his production company, Thanks Ma. According to Sunday World, the duo helped Mseleku get his hit reality show UThando Nesthembu off the ground but were left out of the deal after the show took off.

Ntsebesha revealed on the Daily Reports Platform Podcast that his relationship with Mseleku began in 2016 when they met through a local municipality. “I introduced myself to them, and they liked my work. At that time Thobile [Mseleku’s wife] was working for a radio station in KZN. We developed a good relationship, so much that I ended up managing her,” Ntsebesha explained.

Soon after, Mseleku approached him with the UThando Nesthembu idea, admitting that he was struggling to get the show off the ground. “He was impressed with my work on MaKhumalo, and he believed I could do the same with UThando Nesthembu,” Ntsebesha shared. Mseleku allegedly promised them a bright future, including 2% shares in his new company, if they helped him launch the show.

Ntsebesha claims he and Gumede worked tirelessly, creating the trailer and writing Season 1 of the show. “By mid-2016, I wrote Season 1 and made the trailer for UThando Nesthembu,” he recalled. Their hard work paid off when M-Net expressed interest, and by January 2017, they were presenting their show to the network.

However, things took a turn when Mseleku allegedly went to sign the M-Net deal without them. “He never spoke about the deal. I’m not sure who he took to sign because he left me and Gumede behind,” said Ntsebesha.

Despite Mseleku’s company receiving 25% of the profits, Ntsebesha and Gumede claim they never saw their promised shares or money. “We had so many fights with Mseleku because he wanted me to be included as a student. But I refused; I told him I was the main producer,” said Ntsebesha.

Gumede confirmed Ntsebesha’s version of events, adding, “Mseleku exploited us.” Reported by Sunday World, to date, Mseleku has reportedly avoided responding to their inquiries across various platforms.
