Nirvana Nokwe Launches ‘The Connect Supper Club’ to Empower Industry Leaders

Actress Nirvana Nokwe is expanding her influence far beyond the entertainment world, with a bold new venture aimed at bringing together some of the brightest minds in business, politics, and media. Partnering with Stella Artois, Nokwe recently launched The Connect Supper Club, an exclusive gathering designed to foster meaningful relationships among industry innovators and influential leaders.

Reported by TshisaLIVE, the launch, held at the sophisticated Mamasamba venue in Rosebank, attracted an A-list crowd, including rapper JR Bogopa, media personality Kat Sinivasan, poet Lebo Mashile, and social media star Sipho “Alphi” Mkwanazi. Nokwe envisions the club as a space for visionary professionals to network and drive real change.

“We align people of compatible values. We call it the Tinder of business and social change,” Nokwe explained in an interview with TshisaLIVE. “We want to make sure the right people are in the right rooms. I have a lot of friends in politics, media, and business, and I have a sense of who should meet who every time that happens.”

Nokwe’s vision goes beyond mere networking—she sees it as a way to shape a new business culture. “I want to derive value from this. It will be monetary at some point. I want to introduce a new culture, the way I have been able to cultivate a network of people,” she said.

The Connect Supper Club offers not only a platform for stimulating discussions and collaboration but also fine dining and an elegant atmosphere. “For a while now, my intention has been to cultivate a cohesive community of influential, forward-thinking professionals dedicated to thought leadership and making a positive societal impact,” Nokwe added.

Despite her new business venture, Nokwe isn’t stepping away from her entertainment career. She plans to continue dominating both the small and big screens while rekindling her passion for music.
