Makhadzi, the multi-award-winning musician from Limpopo, has hit another career milestone by securing her very first reality TV show, Makhadzi Home Coming, set to air on BET Africa. The show, which promises to give viewers an authentic look into the artist’s life, was highly anticipated and originally scheduled to premiere on Monday. However, fans were left disappointed after a last-minute postponement due to technical issues.
Excited to share the news with her fans, Makhadzi took to social media with a celebratory post:
“CONGRATULATIONS KHADZINATORS, We finally grabbed our first TV show. I know you are busy but please go watch my first REALITY HOME COMING SHOW TODAY. NOW AT 21:30. @bet_africa Channel 129,” she wrote.
Unfortunately, just hours before the show was set to debut, Makhadzi had to break the news that the premiere would be pushed back. Despite the setback, she assured fans that the wait would be worth it.
“Apologies, My TV show has been postponed to month end due to technical issues. I love the fact that they agree to showcase unfiltered content. I want you all to get the real me without anything being removed. Thank you so much for participating, I can’t wait for you all to watch it,” she updated her followers.
Though the delay came as a disappointment to many, fans are eager to see the raw and unfiltered side of Makhadzi in Makhadzi Home Coming when it finally airs.
