3 Former 947 Radio Station Hosts Join Newly Launched Joburg Radio Station. After four months of radio withdrawal symptoms, former 947 radio hosts have returned to the airwaves. All radio stations recently underwent a huge change with regards to their line up and have said goodbye to a few favourites. Johannesburg popular radio station 947 is one of the stations that also saw many changes and adjustments to the station.

The exciting news of a new radio station that will soon be launched in Johannesburg called Star FM was announced on social media and former 947 hosts Mantsoe Pout, Greg and Lucky have bagged one of the most important slots of the day. Taking to Twitter Mantsoe revealed that she along with Greg and Lucky will be hosting a lunch time show called Star Lunch With Mantsoe Pout.

“After 4 months of no radio, I’m proud to announce that I’ll be joining a brand new Joburg radio station, STAR FM as the host of their lunch time show, #StarLunchWithMantsoePout. I’m so excited about this venture! Catch me on 91.9 from July 1st!” she wrote.

The show will be premiering on July 1st on 91.9. Fans and followers flooded the post with congratulatory messages sharing how excited they are to hear the trio back on the radio.
