24 Year Old Driver Who Killed Simba Mhere Found Guilty! A Randburg magistrate has found Preshalin Naidoo, 24, guilty on 2 counts of culpable homicide for the 31 January 2015 accident in which media personality Simba Mhere and Kady-Shay O’Bryan were killed on William Nicol Drive.

Naidoo was 21 when the fatal accident happened. Simba and Kady were declared dead at the scene. Today also marks exactly three years since the deadly accident.

Magistrate David Mahango said in handing down judgment that “the court finds that the State has proven the facts beyond reasonable doubt that the accused wrongfully and negligently caused the collision that caused the death of Simba Mhere and Kady-Shay O’Bryan.
