Sophie Ndaba is a big brand so when rumors made rounds that her recent impressive weight loss was all because of Herbalife, the actress had to come out and set the record straight. Sophie Ndaba sets the record straight about her weight loss drama.
Sophie says all she did was escort one of her clients to the Herbal Life offices in her capacity as a wedding planner. “Staff who recognized me asked for pictures‚ which were uploaded to their Facebook profiles creating a perception that I was there for my own weight loss journey. But Herbalife has nothing to do with me losing weight”, she said.
The former Generations actress says she was never an ambassador or linked in any way with the weight loss company. “I can’t be preaching that people must change their eating and living lifestyle, meanwhile I’m busy promoting a product that could possibly have sugar contents and put their lives at risk,” she said.
